Greeting

A Wonderful Return - Shirley's 106th Friendly Greeting--Sun, September 23, 2007

How are you? I do hope that you are well and have an easy and relaxed weekend.

This week, the company distributed each manager a new mobile phone (a computer in the palm) and a mini laptop (about 1/3 bigness of a usual laptop), that we have produced with our cooperators together. Except the basic functions as an advanced cell phone and a mini laptop, people can see our real time, individuation, multimedia financial information and to trade securities anywhere. They are similar to the system of Bloomberg. The difference is, that ours are individuation and can be moved. I mean, if Mr. A is a manager of A listed company, then, he would be offered the information of his company, his company's industry, comments by the medias and the questions from its investors, then the others general information. He can make a communication with his investors via the systems directly.

Can you imagine? In Feb, 2007, when we left for the Chinese New Year ? Spring Festival holiday, the new products were just a dream and in a proposal. Right now, they are smiling to us. Once more, I feel that as long as we keep a dream and keep studying and working down to earth, we would certainly get a wonderful return.

Yes, we had gone to Bloomburg and Reuters branches in Hong Kong to learn something from them, many times since 2002 to 2006. Last year, 3 project groups and I completed 3 researching reports with 110.000 words to study our development stratagem after coming back from Hong Kong. And this year, we focus more time and energy on the business itself. We have completed at least 7 business projects or business rules. To adjust the business relationships, processes, rules, to make our theory researching to be practiced in the business files have changed one of my important working content. An interesting thing is, that I have to work often with technology departments together. It is not easy, it makes me having an achievement feeling, too. I am working with many smiles.

This week, something sad happened in my first vocal music teacher's life, it made her almost lose confidence to live. I worried about her so, that I spent much with her, to courage her to stand up, to help her to realize how excellent she is and to see her own advantage, to keep confidence to herself and to live. Even though I could not create my own painting until Saturday; I am glad that she has gone out of the bad emotion and will go to Tibet next Monday, then to be a Buddhist nun with her hair to learn Tibet Buddhism and Tibet language in Qinghai. As usual, I offered her the fee for her to travel by airplane. And we have promised that when she comes back, she should teach me more Chinese folk songs and Tibet language, I should teach her English and Italian language. Also, on Friday, I offered my cleaning lady a fee to go back to Sichuan to visit her mother, who is suffering the cancer. Instead of cutting down any salary of her for she will be absent for at least 2 weeks.

Once more, to help the others, is helping me itself. Knowing I could not go to my new vocal music teacher’s home for a lesson; her husband drove her to my home and offered me a music lesson before they had their dinner. I am really lucky indeed. Right?

How about you? Have you met anything special in your work and life this week?

I am just a learner on art, music, English and the work on the web site in my free time. Anyway, I would really like to do a little bit things with what I have learned to make this little web site to be An Electronic Bridge Of Culture Exchange, Friendship and Language Learning. During the process to help the others and to improve myself.

I do appreciate your understanding, directions and supports. I do hope to get your great help continuously now and in the coming time...
