Lulu is my first American student in my apartment. She is only 11 years old, but she is really one of the most smart girls.
Except paintings, especially she enjoys Chinese poetry. Now she has been able to recite two Chinese classical poems with a very standard Beijing language. :-)
So, even though it was thanksgiving vacation, she kept coming to my place to learn to read a Chinese poem.
We have also made an appointment, in case I go back China, we will continue the learning and teaching via Internet.
