As far as the exhibition schedule is concerned, I will consult with my sponsor approximately three months in advance and inform you accordingly.
In any case, unless something special arises, I plan to deliver a keynote presentation, live demonstrations, and workshops during the art exhibition for local native English-speaking Australians and Australian Chinese audiences, to share the core artistic characteristics I have been pursuing:

Cross-cultural — Its aim is not only to serve Chinese people but also to engage a global audience, helping all those interested in Chinese culture and art while introducing outstanding cultures and arts from around the world to China and its people.

Integrated — Starting from the core of Chinese painting—poetry, this approach integrates arts that serve and follow poetry, including calligraphy, seal carving, inscriptions (textual language) on paintings, music, Chinese characters, and storytelling behind of the surface, to create a novel and distinctive art form, then extended through linguistic and cultural connections to other global arts and traditions.

Unique — Pursuing distinctive artistic individuality.

Contemporary — Integrating traditional Chinese painting with contemporary content, forms, technologies, modes of thinking, and expressive approaches.

What do you think of my idea? Do you agree with me?

If you have any questions, comments, or advice, you are welcome to write to me via info@ebridge.cn orshirley@ebridge.cn, and I      will be very delighted to read them and respond to you with a big smile.

  Sincerely,

Shirley Yiping Zhang
