Since I got the highest mark in a composition class in my middle school times, poeple said that I should learn to be a writer. Anyway, instead of being a writer, I was a teacher and editor for many years after I graduated from the university. Anyway, I am used of writing down my feelings, thoughts and experiences in my notebook or my computer no matter where I am.

Many friends ask me to write a book about my own experience and the understanding to the life and the world, but, I do not think that I have accumulated the source material of life enough and I have no a plan to write a biography yet. What I am interested in is to write a river novel, to express the times from the Culture Revolution to the Reform and Opening time in China via some way in English and Shinese some day, maybe when I retire in the future... :-)

I started to learn English in the university and I had only 180 hours formal English lessons. Then,I have been teaching myself. I knew clear that my English level is not enought for me to write a book yet. So,I have been keeping learning to write in English every day since I made sure
