Chinese Classical Poem--0044 & Shirley Created Music-0033: Feng -- Wind

LISTEN TO THE TEXTLISTEN TO SHIRLEY PLAYING & SINGING THE POEM

Today, I would like to introduce a new Chinese classical poem Fen -- Wind by Tang dynasty poet Li Qiao (A.D.645 - A.d.714).

This poem is a very good Jue Ju. Just 4 sentences write out 4 kinds of features and characters of wind.

The first sentence is writing the wind in the season of autumn, to make the golden leaves to cover the hand; the second sentence is writing the wind in the season of spring, to blossom all of the flowers to decorate the beautiful world; the third sentence is writing the wind over the river, to raise the high waves; the four sentence is writing the wind going through the bamboo forest and to make them to oblique…

Every two sentences are very good to match both sound and sense. I mean the noun words vs noun words, verbs vs verbs, number vs number... Also leaves vs flowers. Down vs blossom. Three vs Two ... You can feel them when you read them very clear and very comfortable. . '

I have written a piece of music to match it and played and sang it for you. I do hope you enjoy my poem comments, music and singing....
