I enjoyed reading about your first week adventures in apartment hunting and shopping.
We are all abuzz here with the news of your visit to the Ava Art Gallery and your workshop.

By the way, the significance of chrysanthemums, is that they represent the beginning of the fall season, as that is when they come in to bloom here in the US. People use them in fall arrangements.
A man, your taxi driver, may be unaware of the efforts of women to decorate and mark the changing of seasons :).
