Hi,Dear Friends
I am sorry for something wrong in my system. So, I am trying to send you this letter once more
 How are you? Did you have a good week? I do hope everything is well with you and had an easy weekend.
Since I completed my last researching report, I started to do some things to make the thoughts in it to be true. This week, I organized some departments to complete a new inner information system -- to make our daily business information -- rules, notices, special reminding, project schedule, customer's responding and dealt with situation to be shared by all of the colleagues in the company at the first time. To make the company having a data system -- as a part of our current center database to support our business analyses, decision-making, departments and employee's examination and so on. To improve our work efficiency ? via reducing meetings, emails, telephones and so on. Now, I just completed the first step of the system and make it to work online from next Monday and then to make it to be completed according to the business development in between 6 months and 1 year.
Except my daily work, I am still reading and thinking to prepare my next researching report. Every day, I learned something new, no matter if it was a big or a small thing.
After I ordered the Globe 500 companie's basic data -- brands, web sites addresses, annual revenue and industries into my computer -- I found an interesting fact. About 98% of their brands include their companie's names or abbreviation. Compared with ours, we should really re-think and re-design something new.
When I read something about Exxon Mobile, Ford Motor, GE and Bayer, except learning something from their management experience of innovation, professional road and team spirits, another important point makes me thinking, if all of them is paying more attention to their society responsibilities and wants to be the excellent corporation citizenships. It seems like all of the successful companies are good on combining their society responsibilities and their business together to push both of their companies and the world developing forward.
Compare with those great companies, our company is really a young baby. But we are the one to be appointed to publish the legal information of China listed companies and Chinese Securities Market to the whole of the world at the first time since the China Securities Market was built in 1990. When most of the other companies are making money via our information, we are working on the core information for the whole country and all people freely. At first, we were a department of the Stock Exchange to publish these information to help the market to grow up, right now, as a single company, we have the duty to combine our responsibilities to both of the society and our shareholders together, to create as much as revenue for the shareholders and the society鈥�
Right now, some good idea has jumped into my mind, maybe I will let you know someday when it has been true.
I am really interested in my work for it has offered me a quite big room to develop my wisdom and make my researching result to be true. Every day, I work on my daily job and researching with smiles and songs with a very tight way鈥�

Shirley Created Art -- Chinese Xieyi - 0107: Song of Autumn
First time, I learned to paint egrets. My teacher used brown colours on the leaves and water, but I added some green and blue in them. My teacher smiled and admired me because I could use my own mind to think. Just because I have been allowed to think and work with my own thoughts, I can keep learning from my current art teacher for three and a half years. Almost all of my Gouache Painting and Chinese Gong Bi Paintings were drafted and coloured by myself and my teacher only gave me some comments when he comes to offer me an art lesson and most of time, we just paint Chinese Xieyi Painting My teacher gave my picture 90 marks, but I wanted 85 marks because I felt that the necks of my birds were too short. How do you think of it? Do you enjoy this picture?

Shirley Sung Chinese Art Song--0021: My Motherland & Me
I learned this song with much nose water ? I got a serious cold for a long sleep for about 15 hours before I had locked my windows and door Friday night. I wanted to have a short rest before my painting ? but I was too tired on both of the work in the company and painting at home. But, I enjoy them and I am happy to work on them. Several times, my singing was broken by some big sneezes. Anyway, my teacher and I completed the recording. After the vocal music lesson, I did feel that my cold has gone a little. Music and art are my best medicines indeed. I do hope that my singing will be a little bit help to your Chinese learning.

Chinese Classical Poem 0068 & Shirley Created Music-0058: Hui Xiang Ou Shu 2 -- Casual Writing After Returning Hometown (II)
Do you still remember the poem with same title by Tang Dynasty (A.D.618 ? A.D.907) poet He Zhizhang? Last time, we touched No. 1. Today is No. 2. This poem expresses the similar feelings, when the poet just came back to his home that he had left for many years. No.1 expresses the feeling via the local children, who do not know him and wonder where he comes from as a guest. This poem writes the same feeling via to say many older friends have past away, only the water in the lake is shining in the spring wind as same as in the old times. I have written a piece of music to match it and hope you enjoy it.

Sunday night, when I was having my dinner, while listening to a music program by China Center TV station, before I started my long time working on my little web site, I was caught by the music -- Vitava River by Bedrich Smetana (1824-1884)-- so that I changed my idea and I corrected one of my music notes that I had written in 2001 and I would really like to share the music with you鈥�
