Hi,Dear Friends
How are you? Is everything well with you? I do hope you are well and you are enjoying a relaxed and easy weekend.
This is a very tight week for me in the company. Except the daily work and to lead my project group to work, I held or took part in at least 15 meetings and there were 5 ones just on Tuesday, plused the work to hear the crying of the woman employee who was fired and her many telephones, to help her finding a new job, so that I started to feel stomachache and serious headache. In case with a very healthy body and psychology, I have totally recovered after sleeping for over 12 hours. I am thinking that this is just life with up and down, with crying and smiling, with unfair and fair. What I would like to do is to help the world to have more smiles, happiness and positive things. Do you like to do the same things with me together?
A good news in my professional filed in the company is that after the model of my project was put online to make a test running since Dec 20, 2005, it has had more than 1750 people becoming our register users and 43.92% of them wanted us to send our daily works to their inboxes or systems. We have got more than 200 pieces of good suggestions, advices and even over 10 orders as well. Every day, I can see the increase of the users and percent of needing. That really gives the company and me much confidence about this project, so, more technology, business and human supports is given to the project and me. I am really happy with many tears for one of my career dreams that I had worked for it for 7 years, then to be stopped for 5 years now finally to be re-started and it is being extended in a wider room, more advanced technology systems and will be published with multi-mediums, also it will enter the international world in the near future. Now I am thinking that every road is not easy and it is always very long and winding, however, as long as we keep our dream and keep improving ourselves no matter what difficulties happen in our work and on the career road, as long as you are a real gold, you will be found with your golden light one day. Complaining and crying can not resolve any problem, but hard work and improve ourselves can really prove the value and loyalty of a person to his/her career, company and nation, to find and get his/her individual position on something right, meaningful and wished. Do you think so?

Chinese Xieyi--061(Flower & Bird): What Does Peach Blossom Symbolize?
Except the 4 gentlemen of flowers -- plum blossom, orchid, chrysanthemum and bamboo, Chinese make peony as the symbolization of lucky and rich, enjoy lily as the symbolization of harmony, think red rose is the keepsake of love and also some people consider that peach blossom is the sign of young girl and means love as well鈥� anyway, when I painted my peach blossom, what I thought was the beautiful view in my 3rd hometown -- Wuxi City, how I run in the campus by the Tai Lake that was full of sweet flower smell ,how I recited poems or essays in the garden to prepare my class for my students who were much older than I with a recorder in the morning ? I often had a talk to my recorder at the first, then to offer a class to my students. : -) Maybe just for the pretty memory gave me some inspiration, so that my teacher felt very surprised and felt satisfied for my first peach blossom painting. : -)

Chinese Art Song--010: Xue -- Snow
The lyrics of Xue -- Snowis a poem by China's former leader -- Mr. Mao Zedong(1893 - 1976). I often think that from literature angle, Mr. Mao is really a greatest poet that I have touched. The 37 poems that he left in the world are really some very great art works for they are all quite standard classical poems and full of the breath of the heroism and romanticism as well. I do enjoy the music of this poem and for it is a very "big "song for me so that I have learned it for 6 weeks. Do you enjoy Mr. Mao鈥檚 poems and do you still remember another poem that I introduced to you Die Lian Hua -- Butterfly Loves Flower?

Chinese Classical Poem 0027: A Song Of Picking Lotus

As all of the great poets, Tang dynasty(618-917) poet Wang Changling (about 690 - 757) could not only write greatest Jue Jue of 7 words of the heroism/frontier fortress poems as Wang Zhihuan and his Deng Guan Que Lou-- Step Up The Guanque Tower,and Chenshen and hisBaixue Ge -- White Snow Song. he could also write many good poems about women and leave-off feelings and so on. Cai Lian Qu -- A Song Of Picking Lotus is just a small, but very sweet poem to write some beautiful girls who are picking lotus in the water country of the south of Yangtze River. :-) Hope you enjoy it and my music that I wrote for it and you. : - )

Now is winter in America, Europe and Asia, but it should be summer in Australia. Anyway no matter where we are, we have to face the changing of weather, so, I would like to offer you some new sentences and to see that how Chinese say "snow", and hope it is helpful to your Chinese learning.
