Remarks:
It is my 232ndChinese Xieyi Painting and my 402nd picture since 2003, the 31st picture that I have created in 2009 and the 33rd painting in the US.

The best news this week is that the local Chamber of Commerce is thinking of holding an art exhibition for me in Springfield, MO. The second best thing is that the other art exhibition in Kentucky is in plan. After attending the Summer Commencement Class of 2009 as one of the Candidates of Master degree Friday afternoon, I moved into my new apartment in the night.

By the nice help of Mr. Dan W. -- the housing management manager, I have had the Internet connecting as soon as I entered the new apartment, I have also had a big and wide table to paint in the US -- I could put all of my color dishes, my paper and brushes on the same table first time here.

With a grateful heart, I started my created work at 6:30am Sunday morning and I completed it at 12:30am. Continually, I was exploring a new skill to paint the branches of the peonies and a new feature of the flowers...

When I hung my new painting on the wall, I felt my eyes were wet. For I thought of my first American teacher -- Mr. Charlie K, my current art mentor -- Dr. Bill Booth, and all of the people who have helped me with friendship, sincere and love.

An idea jumped into my mind ? I would really like to donate my first art exhibition's income (if it has) to a Disabled Rest Home no matter wherever my first art exhibition to be held. I want to remember my American teacher who was gone in a Rest Home, to remember my elder brother who was death at 48 years old as also a disabled person… I wanted to thank all of these kind of people in the US and in China, to repay this world that has helped me to grow up…

How do you think of my idea? How do you think of this picture? Do you like it?
