This is my 72ndCombined Paintingthat I have created / painted for Chinese Classical Poetry, and my 704 painting since 2003;also, it is my 97th assignment in Chinese National Academy of Arts.

After I completed one of my small assignments ? 70cm x 138cm, I suddenly found: If I imagined the red crown crane as a person and if I moved it by the sea, that was that just the art conception that I have been looking for to express the lovesick feeling between the sweethearts who are on the two sides of the sea in the moonlight that in a Chinese classical poem ? I did create a painting to match the poem in 2006. It is below, but, I had been feeling there was something inside should be improved, but, I did not know how to do that. This time, I felt that I had suddenly found the feeling and the method to improve it.

So, at once, I caught the feeling at that split second and created this painting quickly on another piece of paper 97cm x 180cm, June 4, 2012.

Then on June 8, when our tutor Mr. Wu Tong came into the classroom and checked our works. He said several times, “ This is really a quite good work “. :- )

Then, this afternoon ? June 9, 2012, I corrected the music once more and my music teacher Ms. Ma Xuan helped me complete the record.
It was raining heavy with wind and thunders. Therefore, you could hear some thing noicy in the record. :- )

I do hope that my efforts will be come help with you to learn Chinese culture.

Note: My painting and music are all just match the first part of the painting since it is most famous.

The Main Meaning of the Poem

A bright moon is rising over the sea,
we see her from afar at the same time.
Sweethearts complain the night is too long,
Lovesick, we stay up all night.

You has turned off the candle,
for you love the bright moonlight.
You is covering the clothes,
for you have felt the wet of dew.
You realize that you can not hold some moonlight to me,
so you decide to go back to sleep
and to wish us to meet each other in a sweet dream...
