Title: Shirley's Art Works 841 & Chinese Bai Miao 48 - A203: Shirley's 231st Assignment at Chinese Painting Academy of Arts -August 28-30, 2013
Artist: Shirley Yiping Zhang
Size: 60.00cm x 226.00cm (23.62inches x 88.97inches)
Completed Time: August 30, 2013
Remarks:
This is my 841st Painting since 2003 and my 48thChinese Bai Mao, also, my 231st assignment in Chinese National Academy of Arts.

After I came back from a reading event from Guangzhou August 18, I had time to see my doctor. Then, on August 21, the doctors had a check and made a new surgery for me to remove something from my stomach.

Experiencing much ache, a fever for about 3 days and a sharp headache for 3 days, finally, I felt much better, and I re-started to paint. After working for about 3 days, I completed the new painting.

Maybe for just feeling a little bit better and still often I felt ache here or there, I had no emotion to paint with a color yet. So, I stopped this painting on the Chinese Baimiao level. But I did feel much delight during the process to paint it... :-)

How do you think of it? Do you enjoy this Baimiao Painting?
