Title: Shirley Created Art - Chinese Xieyi -0227: Peaceful Peonies-06 My 29th Painting in the US
Artist: Shirley Zhang
Size: 50cm x 100cm (19.69inch x 39.37inch)
Completed Time: Mon, July 20, 2009
Remarks:
It is my 227thChinese Xieyi Painting and my 398th picture since 2003, the 27th picture that I have created in 2009 and the 29th painting in the US.

I created this picture tonight and this is my second white peony painting.

Since I created my first white peony painting Saturday night, I have been wishing to improve it since I did not think that I have mastered the ways to mix my colors and how much water I should use -- I mean the wet degree.

So, tonight, I read my only art textbook of peony painting in my hand right now when I am in the US and I tried to combine the ways that my art teacher had taught me in China and the textbook's has introduced with only 2 lines’ words about white peony’s painting way. .

I was very happy when I was painting it for I have found some totally new feelings about color's using. Meanwhile, I have also some new understanding about recourse distribution in the management field.

Now I put the new one and the first one that I have created last Saturday and I hope that you find that I have made a little bit progress...

How do you think of the two pictures? Do you like which one?
