Title: Chinese Xieyi(Flower and Bird) By Shirley -- 088: No Title
Artist: Shirley Zhang
Size: 45cm x 67cm
Completed Time: Wed, July 19, 2006
Remarks:
This is my 88th Chinese Xieyi picture that I painted in my art lesson Wednesday evening. I am learning how to pain white plum blossoms and also the bamboo. My teacher thought that this picture seems like basically ok, but the leaves of the bamboo were too confused.

I am too busy to paint more this week, so I had not much time to paint. At this time, I do feel that Chinese Xieyi picture is the best painting style for me, because I often feel it is just a colored draft. To paint this way can make to keep painting and also save some drafts in my mind.

Do you agree with me and my teacher’s comments?
