Remarks:
Oct 31, 2013,I went to Missouri State University to visit and interview Mr. Glenn Pace, Sphr, the Acting Director of Management Development Institute of Missouri State University.
I knew Mr. Pace in 2008 when I was a student of MSU, after reading an article I wrote about book and textbook, he responded me and sent me two text books that he took part in to write on Human Resource Management.
Instead of selling any of my textbooks as many of my classmates did when they came back China, I sent all of my heavy textbooks, included the two big hardcover books that Mr. Pace sent me back home. Since then, I often got some responding from Mr. Pace and got his good directions.
During I interviewed Mr. Pace, I did feel he know many things more than I know. :-)
I did learned so much from him indeed. The most impression on the view: Amercian education system is teaching students to live independently, to learn, think and to work on everything independently...
I do hope that Mr. Pace and his family members happier, luckier and more successful now and in the future.
